Events All events are dedicated to the memory of the men and women who defended our nation from those who owould take away our freedom. NOTE: Admission fees support the restoration of one of Battery Pratt's 6-inch disappearing guns. This is a one-of-a-kind project. These guns were defensive weapons designed to protect American harbors from enemy attack and invasion. Visitors can view a rare working model of a disappearing gun in the Fort Stevens State Park Military Museum. For information call 503 861–1470. |
